After appointing your preferred experts, the private wall is where you are able to engage in private discussions with them in various private chat rooms. This is where you are able to ‘consult’ your panel of experts on any question on any financial issue related to the category you are in. You can choose if you want to have a private conversation with one particular expert or you want to make it an open discussion where all your experts per category can pitch in to assist you on your curiousities, when you ‘conference consult’/Group Chat. Sometimes you may have no question to ask but have something of a financial nature to share such as your experience of yesterday when you visited a bank, how appalling or how excellent the service you received was. ‘Blog Share’ is where you are able to share your thoughts to your panel of experts, who are in constant touch with the institutions and can advise them on improving their services or maintaining the good standards of excellent service. It is from this private wall where some of your discussions will be selected and thenceforth published on the Q&A environment for the scrutiny of the rest of the signed-up public and experts for rating purposes.
We have the ‘Panel Settings’ on the Private Wall where you are able to access the list of all the experts or clients you shortlisted and decide on whether you want to appoint any or not, after you have removed an appointed expert or client from the panel. For Public Users, If you think none of the shortlisted is able to replace the removed expertise, you can do a search of the directory from the private wall to find your appropriate expert and appoint them thenceforth.
In addition to everything, this is where your FLIQ status and FVM can be viewed, including relevant statistics such as your FLIQ improvement chart.
